Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy explains how Flatpulse uses cookies and similar technologies on flatpulse.gr. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

The controller is FLATPULSE IKE, with its registered seat at Plapouta 4-6, Tripoli, General Commercial Registry (GEMI) No. 191282314000, Tax Identification Number (TIN) 803172468 ("Flatpulse" or "we").

2. What this Policy covers

We use a small amount of storage on your device so the platform can function, and, only if you allow it, tools that measure visits or our advertising. This Policy describes those categories, why we use them, and how you can accept or refuse them.

The rules that apply include the GDPR, Law 4624/2019, and article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006 on storing or reading information on your device.

3. Necessary

These technologies are required for the service you ask us to provide. They are always on, and the site cannot run without them. They are not used for advertising.

• Sign-in. Your session is kept on your device so you stay signed in while you move between pages.
• Language and display. We remember the language you chose and your light or dark appearance.
• Your cookie choice. We remember whether you accepted or refused the optional categories, so we do not ask on every page of the same tab. If you are not signed in, that memory lasts until you close the tab. If you are signed in, we also keep the choice on your account.
• Security. Google reCAPTCHA protects the platform from automated access. It sends security signals, including your IP address and browser information, to Google. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Anonymous measurement

This category is off until you turn it on.

If you allow it, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand, in anonymous and aggregated form, which pages are opened, how quickly they load, and how people move through the site in general (for example that a search used a city or a type of listing). These tools do not receive your name, email, phone number, or account identifier.

They do not place a cookie on your device for this measurement. Vercel processes the technical information needed to produce those statistics, including the page address and performance data. Vercel keeps that information in line with its own privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can refuse this category and still use Flatpulse.

5. Marketing

This category is off until you turn it on. Today it covers one tool, the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We may add similar advertising-measurement tools later. They will run only if this category is on, and we will update this Policy when we do.

If you allow it, the Meta Pixel tells us which pages are viewed so we can understand and measure our own advertising. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Meta through this tool.

Meta places the following cookies on your device:

Meta processes this information as an independent controller for its own purposes, under its privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/) and its business tools terms. Meta may process the information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Details are in Meta's privacy policy.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006). Refusing marketing cookies does not affect your use of Flatpulse.

6. How you choose

When you first open Flatpulse in a browser tab, we ask you to choose before any optional tool runs. You can:

• Accept all optional categories
• Reject all optional categories
• Choose by category, and save that choice

Necessary technologies stay on in every case. Optional categories are off unless you turn them on. Nothing in this choice is pre-selected for you.

If you are not signed in, we ask again in each new tab or window. If you choose and then sign in, we keep that choice on your account. If you are signed in and your choice matches this version of the Policy, we do not ask again on later visits.

You can change your mind at any time, as easily as you made the choice. Use Cookie settings in the footer. On pages that do not show the footer, the same control remains available on the page. Withdrawing consent does not affect measurement that was lawful before you withdrew it. After you withdraw, we stop the optional tools and delete the Meta cookies described above from your device.

7. How long information is kept

Your choice is kept for this version of the Policy. If you are signed in, it stays on your account until you change it, delete your account, or we publish a new version that asks you to choose again. If you are not signed in, it lasts for that browser tab only.

Anonymous measurement is kept by Vercel in aggregated form, as described in Vercel's privacy policy. Marketing cookies last about 90 days, unless you delete them sooner or withdraw consent.

8. Your rights

You have the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to withdraw consent, to object to direct marketing, to access your data, and to ask for erasure. To use those rights, email info@flatpulse.gr.

9. Changes

If we change this Policy in a way that affects your choice, the date above is updated and we ask you again. Until you choose, anonymous measurement and marketing tools stay off.
